Lisa Brody Hoffman brings over 15 years experience managing dynamic engagement portfolios, leading diverse teams, and advising senior leaders on approaches to strengthen community, build public trust, and advance complex issues at the intersection of advocacy and public good. She has worked to advance equitable cities, sustainable neighbourhoods, community infrastructure, reconciliation, arts and culture, affordable housing, safety and well-being, gender equity, digital sovereignty, and more.

Throughout her career, Lisa has led communications, operations, and public participation portfolios in high-profile political, public and non-profit sector environments, serving in senior leadership roles that required both exceptional organization and purposeful team leadership. She has directed large multidisciplinary teams, advised elected leaders and executives, overseen issues management, and developed strategies that have shaped public conversations and advanced major policy, advocacy, and community initiatives.

Her experience spans government, non-profit, advocacy, and innovation sectors, giving her a unique ability to translate complex policy into human stories and engagement pathways that inspire action and build support for meaningful change.

Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Communications & Culture from York and Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University. She is a recognized leader in social purpose communications, civic participation, and leading teams with heart and smarts.
